Siobhan Mills

Siobhan Mills helps clients to develop and invest in commercial real estate with their eyes open.

She is a commercial property senior associate, advising predominantly developers and investors on the many aspects of their business where the law can be used as a tool to their advantage, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and ongoing portfolio management.

From negotiating development agreements to putting in place robust lease arrangements, Siobhan makes the effort to really get to know her clients' needs inside out, so she can ensure that her advice is not only proactive, but also practical and commercial. Having undertaken a client secondment with a global engineering company, advised on assets from the retail sphere to the industrial, as well as strategic and high-profile transactions, she already brings a wide range of experience to the table.

Siobhan also has contentious real estate experience, including dilapidations claims and advising on vacant possession strategies, which allows her to continually assess her development and investment transactions from a risk-mitigating perspective.
