Stephanie Doucet

Stephanie Doucet is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. Her litigation practice includes medical defence, health law, professional liability, and municipal liability.

Stephanie is a skilled litigator, who understands the importance of strong advocacy. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has gained valuable experience acting as trial counsel in complex municipal liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury actions. Stephanie has also represented clients before administrative and regulatory tribunals.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has regularly contributed to educational programming, including presenting to municipalities on a variety of municipal liability issues. Stephanie has also presented at the County of Carleton Law Association's annual litigation conference.

Stephanie is fluently bilingual in English and French and practices in both languages.
