Stephen Bowman is a principal associate in the corporate team based in London, specialising in corporate transactions with a particular focus on domestic and international private M&A, mid-market private equity, venture capital, restructuring and general corporate law matters.

Stephen has sector-specific expertise in automotive, technology and healthcare transactions.

  • Advising on the UK aspects of Legrand Holding's multi-million dollar acquisition of Server Technology Inc.
  • Advising the sellers of Kent Pharmaceuticals on their €71.2m sale to DCC Healthcare.
  • Advising the sellers on the disposal of Pyser-SGI Group to Privet Capital.
