Stephen Cross is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the areas of business and intellectual property law.

As co-leader of the Tech Group in Ottawa, Stephen has particular expertise in technology contracting. He specializes in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements that deal with technology and intellectual property rights, including:
