Stephen Hedley

Stephen is an associate in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office, practising in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate groups. His practice is primarily focused on banking, real estate and project finance.

Stephen regularly acts for lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including the acquisition and development of real estate and energy projects. In his real estate practice, he assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, as well as with property development and commercial leasing.

Stephen is also able to provide clients with assistance related to general corporate commercial matters.

Prior to attending law school, Stephen worked for nine years in the entertainment industry as a writer, production coordinator, producer and musician.
