Tiarra Bartram is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practicing in the Advocacy Department.
Tiarra’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial matters. She acts for business-owners, professionals, contractors, and other stakeholders in managing risk and resolving disputes across the project lifecycle.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Tiarra articled at a mid-sized Ottawa firm and worked in advisory and litigation support roles with Global Affairs Canada.
Tiarra holds a J.D. from the Université de Moncton’s French Common Law Program. During her studies, she served on the executive of the Women in Law Association, competed in the Michel Bastarache Moot on language rights, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on various access to justice initiatives. Before entering law school, she earned an Honours B.SocSc. in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa.
Tiarra is fluently bilingual and serves clients in both English and French.
