Tim is the Managing Partner of the Dubai office and heads up the corporate team. He has over 20 years' experience including seven years in Dubai covering all aspects of corporate work, M&A, private equity and joint ventures.

Kalahari was listed on AIM with a US$20million market capitalisation as a mineral exploration company. It went on to discover the world's third largest uranium deposit, which became a target for a number of different governments and major corporates.
I also advised Advising Archipelago Resources Plc from its pre-IPO fundraising stage, through IPO, to a US$550m takeover. The company went through a number of challenging periods and was eventually taken over by its majority shareholder.
