Valerie Di Lena

Valerie is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montreal office practising in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the areas of banking law, commercial litigation and insolvency and restructuring.

She began her career within a leading Canadian financial institution, where she acquired in-depth knowledge of the banking industry while holding various advisory and management positions.

This background has proven to be a valuable tool in Valerie's repertoire. She strategically advises clients on various matters including, but not limited to, security enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

Valerie holds a bachelor's degree in civil law and a juris doctor from Université de Montréal. She practises law in both English and French, and is proficient in Italian.
