Victoria O'Sullivan

Vicky O'Sullivan is a Birmingham-based principal associate who advises commercial developers and investors on all aspects of real estate law.

She has developed a wide range of experience having advised clients on their development and asset management requirements across a range of sectors including industrial, automotive and retail. She has advised St Modwen Developments Limited in relation to the development of the former Rover plant at Longbridge, Birmingham since 2007. Her most recent focus is work on behalf of shopping centre developers in the fulfillment of their letting programmes including Friars Walk, Newport for Queensberry Real Estate (Newport) Limited which opened in November 2015.

Vicky's varied experience means that she is a flexible lawyer who can help clients on wide range of real estate issues. She focuses on identifying clients' commercial needs and goals quickly to provide clear, concise and appropriate advice and a personable service.

Vicky also uses her skills to carry out pro bono work on a number of projects including advising at the Birmingham Legal Advice Clinic and was nominated for the Birmingham Law Society Pro Bono Solicitor of the year award in 2012.
