Vincent Lamarre-Deraps

Vincent Lamarre-Deraps is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montréal office.

Vincent holds a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Montréal. He also studied Chinese law at the University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China.

During his legal studies, Vincent was very active in student life and giving back to the community, acting as vice-chair of events of the University of Montréal’s Perspectives Committee and completing an internship with Option consommateurs, a non-profit organization.

With his keen interest in politics, Vincent completed a minor in political science at the Université de Montréal in the fall of 2020 and winter of 2021, where he received a mention of excellence. He also won the bill-drafting contest organized by his alma mater’s Law and Politics Committee.
