Yetunde Amodu is an associate in the Real Estate and Financial Services Group in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. Her practice focuses on advising development finance banks, multinational financial institutions and corporate entities on project, corporate and real estate financings.
Yetunde was born and raised in Nigeria. She obtained her law degree from Cardiff University, Wales and an LLM from New York University School of Law. She has worked across various jurisdictions, which has enabled her gain in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks across different countries and seek to resolve clients' legal issues efficiently with a global mindset.
She is the current chair of the Membership and Mentorship Committee of the Black Female Lawyers' Network, Canada.
