Yohann Levy

Yohann Levy is a law student in Gowling WLG's Montreal office.

He holds a bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and is currently completing his juris doctor (JD) at the Université de Montréal.

During his legal studies, Yohann has been involved in several extracurricular activities, including volunteer work with the Lawyers Without Borders Committee, the UQÀM Legal Clinic and the Innocence Quebec Project.

Yohann values giving back to and having a positive impact on his community. He is also very involved in the youth department of the Communauté sépharade unifiée du Québec. In recent years, Yohann has acted as director of a youth camp and has accompanied teenagers on organized trips. He is also the president of a leadership program, where he encourages young adults to participate in social and volunteer activities. 

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Yohann worked for a boutique law firm in Montréal, where he practised primarily in business law and commercial litigation. He also assisted an author in her jurisprudential and doctrinal research for publication purposes.

He practises law in English and French.
