Yulia Yarnykh

Yulia Yarnykh is an associate in the Moscow office of Gowling WLG. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and general corporate matters. She advises Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of IP issues, including enforcement of intellectual property rights, trademark protection, privacy issues and copyright infringement.

Yulia also has broad experience in compliance and regulatory matters in media, e-commerce, data protection, competition, advertising and pharmaceuticals. She assists foreign investors in conducting anti-piracy campaigns against counterfeiters and parallel importers, and in structuring their franchise and distribution networks in Russia. In addition, she is actively engaged in other IP transactional work.

Yulia is also dedicated to assisting others in need in the not-for-profit sector.
