Zachary Dubeau
- Year of Call, Ontario (2020)

Zachary Dubeau is an Associate lawyer based in Gowling WLG's Hamilton office and a member of the Advocacy Group. His practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation.
He has represented a broad range of private and institutional clients at all levels of Ontario courts, as well as in private arbitrations. As both a trusted advisor and dedicated advocate, Zachary takes the time to understand each client's individual goals and concerns. He applies his experience to craft tailored strategies that reflect the unique circumstances of every case.
He recognizes that pursuing a resolution outside of court can sometimes be the most effective approach, and actively explores early settlement opportunities when appropriate. When a dispute cannot be resolved informally, he draws on his extensive legal knowledge and experience before Ontario's courts to advocate effectively and secure fair, positive outcomes for his clients.
Zachary received his JD from Queen's University, where he was a volunteer caseworker at Queen's University's Prison Law Clinic.
When he's not practising law, Zachary enjoys just about any outdoor activity, including golfing, cycling, hiking and skiing.
