  • Henvey Inlet First Nation

    Counsel to Henvey Inlet First Nation on the development of an on-reserve 300-megawatt wind generation project and transmission line, located on Henvey lands and other reserve and traditional territory.

  • Representing E.ON while determining contractual responsibility after it was established that grouted connection problems were being encountered in 60 wind turbine generators at an offshore wind farm, as well as across the industry.

  • Longspur Energy

    Acting in relation to the disposal of two operating onshore wind farms managed by Longspur Capital to Octopus Energy. A multi-disciplinary team from corporate, real estate, commercial & regulatory, tax and planning and environmental advised on this transaction.

  • Brookfield Renewable Trading and Marketing LP and Lièvre Power LP

    Advising the clients on a point to point transmission customer, in various regulatory matters before the Québec Energy Board ("Régie") pertaining to changes to the Hydro-Québec Open Access Transmission Tariff.

  • Development Bank of South Africa, South African National Treasury and South African Department of Energy

  • Advising all three clients on the development of the country's base and mid-load IPP programme.
