Gowling WLG achieves more than 100 rankings in latest Chambers UK guide

Gowling WLG has once again been recognised as a leading firm in many of its practice areas in the latest Chambers UK guide.

Among the international firm's 47 rankings, Gowling WLG achieved two standalone band one rankings for its general Intellectual Property (Midlands) and Pensions (Midlands) practices. In total, the firm achieved 16 band one rankings, of which two were UK-wide.

Additionally, Gowling WLG improved in three of its practice areas and it received 69 'leading individual' listings, of which 15 partners were ranked among band one. Patrick Duxbury, head of Life Sciences, was named as a 'star individual' in the Life Sciences; Transactional UK-wide rankings.

Nicky Yarwood, Chris Stiles and Toni Weston were listed as 'associates to watch', while Elizabeth Gane was named as an 'up and coming individual'.

Last month, Gowling WLG achieved an increase in its Legal 500 rankings, where 24 leading individuals and 10 next generation lawyers were listed.
