Gaming is a feature of modern life: 8 in 10 adults between 16 and 65 years old play video games ranging from sophisticated online multiplayers through to simple phone apps.
What if you could replicate these benefits in your training? What if you could deliver that training without asking employees to travel or spend significant time out of the business? What if your training budget could afford it?
Our modules use experiential learning techniques and game theory to maximise engagement and knowledge retention. Modules include handling a disciplinary hearing, managing grievances and investigations and successful performance management.
Each session is a separate story with animated characters, with whom the user interacts as in a video game.
The user works through common 'red flag' situations and is asked to decide how they would deal with them. The individual decisions made by each user shape the outcome of their module. Having identified and responded to these issues during the module managers can seek to avoid similar pitfalls in real life; reducing both legal risk and cost.
