Ascentify Learning Media acquired by ADEC Innovations in cross-border transaction

On June 30, 2018, ADEC Innovations announced that it had acquired Ascentify Learning Media Inc., an Ottawa-based firm that specializes in developing cloud-based development solutions that integrate job skills, communication, and language learning.
The acquisition was completed by ADEC Innovations' FirstCarbon Solutions Corporation, as the purchaser, and Ascentify Learning Media Inc.
