InterRent completes $44.28 million acquisitions in Montréal

On Sept. 25, 2018, InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP.UN) acquired two multi-residential properties located at 625 rue Milton and 3474 rue Hutchison in Montréal, Quebec. The properties were purchased for $44,280,000.
InterRent is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust engaged in increasing unitholder value and creating a growing and sustainable distribution through the acquisition and ownership of multi-residential properties.
