On May 8, 2018, Peeks Social Ltd. (TSXV: PEEK) (OTCQB: PKSLF) announced that the acquisition of Personas.com Corporation had been completed, pursuant to an amalgamation agreement between Peeks Social, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peeks Social, Personas.com, Riavera Corp. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Riavera. This resulted in the creation of a single wholly-owned subsidiary named Peeks Social Technologies Holding Inc.

Peeks Social, headquartered in Toronto, engages in the development and sale of social media and social commerce products and services with a focus on mobile iOS and Android for consumers and businesses.
