Gowling WLG (France) advised International Technology Solutions (ITS), a longstanding investor, in a significant capital raising by Scallog, a French start-up developing an automation solution for distribution platforms, with Colruyt Group, a major retailer in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
This new fundraising will allow Scallog to strengthen its workforce, pursue its R&D investments and accelerate its international growth.
Scallog operates in six countries, and has already signed L'Oréal, Airbus, Rakuten, Gemo, Shop Hair and Décathlon as clients.
The Gowling WLG (France) team was led by Barbara Jouffa (Partner in the M&A / Private Equity department), assisted by Mathias Briatta (Senior Associate - M&A / Private Equity).
