Waterlogic Canada acquires Aquarian Pure Water

On Sept. 30, 2019, Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired all of the assets of Aquarian Pure Water Company Inc., a water filter supplier located in Pickering, Ontario.
Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc, a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of point-of-use ("POU") drinking water purification and dispensing systems in over 60 countries around the world and headquartered in Maidenhead, UK. Waterlogic Plc was acquired in January 2015 by funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l, a European multistrategy investment manager founded in 2014 and based in Luxembourg.
