Precision Biomonitoring target of cross-border acquisition by NatureMetrics

On March 31, 2022, NatureMetrics acquired the environmental DNA business of Canada-based Precision Biomonitoring Inc. ("PBI"). The deal will see nine leading experts in the field of DNA-based biomonitoring joining the NatureMetrics family.
NatureMetrics, based in the UK, is the world-leading provider of environmental DNA (eDNA) based biodiversity monitoring. It uses DNA technology to identify the range of species in ecosystems around the world with unprecedented speed and scale.
