Our Corporate Energy Transition team has advised AtmosClear Investments Ltd on the £21.2 million acquisition of the entire issued share capital of JLEAG Solar 1 Limited from Foresight Environmental Infrastructure (UK) Limited.

The fully operational 6.4MW portfolio comprises over 1,000 domestic rooftop, commercial rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations across England, Scotland and Wales.

AtmosClear Investments focus on projects that have a positive social and environmental impact, citing a vision for a sustainable world free of harmful pollutants and accelerating the clean tech revolution.

Partner and Global Energy, Nuclear, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Group Co-Leader Gareth Baker led the deal working with Senior Associate Laura Barron and Associate Emily Chittick.
