“[The American oil and gas industry] has sunk a lot of capital into export terminals and export infrastructure,” Lamb said. “They’re not going to be keen on turning off all that infrastructure. They’re only going to do that if they can get a higher price for their oil inside the United States as opposed to overseas.”
