Aisha Dass

Aisha specialises in strategic land deals and in land acquisitions and disposals. Aisha predominantly acts for many of the national house builders and regional promoters, helping them to successfully acquire, promote and dispose of land for residential development across the UK.

Aisha draws upon transferable skills from her previous work experience in the police service and working for the Law Society of England and Wales in regulatory and policy making roles. These skills help Aisha's ability to grasp legal and commercial issues quickly and ensure she's able to provide practical solutions to her clients, foresee problems that can arise and negotiate effective agreements, including option agreements, conditional contracts, and promotion agreements.
