Brianne Quesnel

Brianne Quesnel is an associate in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG's Toronto office. Brianne's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Brianne has represented clients across a range of industries, such as commercial and industrial manufacturing and distribution, construction, technology, professional services, and consulting. She assists clients with negotiating, drafting, and reviewing share/asset purchase and sales agreements, shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, as well as a range of other commercial agreements.
