Caroline Williams

Caroline is an experienced professional support lawyer in the corporate team, based in the Birmingham office. The role involves keeping up to date with legal developments, maintaining the team's precedents, writing updates for clients, co-ordinating and delivering training, carrying out research and answering lawyers queries.

Caroline also has a keen interest in developing good knowledge sharing practices and work efficiencies, considering how the team can best use technology to meet client needs. Before working as a PSL, Caroline was an M&A transactional lawyer, and also spent several years lecturing on the GDL/LPC courses at NTU, and University of Law.
