Chi iliya-Ndule

Chi iliya-Ndule is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and project development in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Chi has acted for both private and public clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments, complex commercial arrangements, and corporate reorganizations.

She also draws on experience working with clients in diverse sectors such as LNG, agribusiness and technology.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Chi practised in the corporate and energy group at a full-service national law firm.
