Emily Raw-Rees

Emily advises clients across a range of sectors (including retail and leisure, energy and industrial) on the acquisition, development, asset management and disposal of large and complex real estate assets with a particular focus on advising real estate investors and developers as well as retail and energy operators.

Her work ranges from advising institutional developers on large placemaking regeneration projects and the asset management and sale of shopping centres to the solar energy operators on large scale solar farm sites and the strategic acquisition and development of complex supermarket schemes.
