Jenny Hepditch

Jenny Hepditch is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation and Life Sciences groups.

Jenny's practice is focused on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark and industrial design disputes.

Jenny works with a variety of clients across a range of industries to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights, including in proceedings brought under the Patent Act and the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, judicial reviews, as well as matters under the Trademarks Act and the Industrial Design Act. Jenny has appeared as counsel in the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, and she also advises clients regarding the Patented Medicines Price Review Board and other pharmaceutical regulatory matters, such as patent listing, data protection, and certificates of supplementary protection.

Jenny has a background in medicinal chemistry and graduated with a JD from the University of Ottawa with a distinction in law and technology.
