Jordan M. Smith

Jordan Smith is a partner in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. He practises in the Employment, Labour & Equalities Group, acting exclusively on behalf of management for both private and public sector employers.

His practice includes all aspects of employment and labour law, including union certification campaigns, collective bargaining, union grievances, unfair labour practice applications, wrongful dismissals, human rights, occupational health and safety and workers' compensation. 

Jordan also regularly assists clients with employment and labour advice in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
