Kevin Pedersen

Kevin is an associate in Gowling WLG's Calgary office, practising in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation and professional liability defence. Kevin's practice focuses on complex litigation matters in a wide range of areas, including class actions, insurance coverage disputes, product liability, shareholder disputes, and oil and gas disputes.

Kevin is a strong advocate and adviser for his clients, focusing on finding creative and pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues.

Kevin has appeared in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, as well as assisted with matters heard at the Alberta Court of Appeal. He also has experience in various types of alternate dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations.
