• Assisting with the due diligence for the delivery of a new university campus in Northampton together with the redevelopment of the old campus for a house builder client.
• Assisting with the redevelopment of a golf course to provide for residential development and the delivery of a new school.
• Advising on restrictive covenants and easements affecting target sites to unlock development.
• Advising on licences, overage arrangements and legal charges.
• Advising for-profit and not-for-profit affordable housing providers on section 106 unit acquisitions on a golden brick and turnkey basis.
• Advising RP clients on land acquisitions on a conditional and unconditional basis.
• Carrying out due diligence, preparing title reports and procuring title insurance for clients acquiring and developing land.
