Leonella Kovalevsky

Leonella Kovalevsky is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office.

She completed her JD at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.

During law school, Leonella contributed to her student community as a business associate of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, mentor in the peer mentorship program, vice president of the Health Law Club, and an executive of the Jewish Students’ Association. She was an active volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program.

Prior to law school, Leonella obtained her bachelor of science in kinesiology and health sciences from York University.

In her spare time, Leonella enjoys taking hot yoga classes, hiking and travelling. She also has trained in ballet for over a decade.
