Lidia Imbrogno

Lidia Imbrogno is an associate in Gowling WLG's Corporate Commercial, Funds and Private M&A Practice Group. She focuses her practice on Canadian mid-market mergers and acquisitions, including private equity–backed acquisitions and cross-border transactions, as well as corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, and general commercial matters. Lidia regularly advises early-stage and high-growth companies on corporate structuring, equity arrangements, and operational legal matters.

Lidia partners with clients across the full business lifecycle—from incorporation and founders' arrangements through growth-stage equity raises, strategic joint ventures, and complex exit transactions. Her transactional work encompasses share and asset purchase transactions, carve-outs, divestitures, minority investments, and corporate reorganizations. Lidia brings a commercial mindset to each engagement, balancing legal rigour with practical business considerations.
