Lindsay J. Wong

Lindsay Wong is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, practising in the Infrastructure and Construction Industry Group. Her practice involves acting for government entities and private sector participants on complex infrastructure projects, including public-private partnership, progressive projects and traditional construction delivery models.

Lindsay has a strong track record of delivering strategically important and high value projects across Canada including hospitals, highways, LRTs, courthouses, detention centres, schools and sports facilities, among others. She understands the full range of procurement and project delivery models and advises on all stages in the lifecycle of a project.  Lindsay has significant experience in drafting, advising, negotiating and closing project agreements, project finance documents and other procurement documentation and commercial and construction contracts. She provides strategic and customized solutions-based advice to her clients to manage, mitigate and avoid project risks.
