Marei Nohlen

Marei Nohlen is a German qualified lawyer working for the employment/labour law practise in Frankfurt office. Marei advises clients on all aspects of labour and employment law. She regularly represents companies in all matters of individual and collective employment law, especially negotiations with works councils to conciliation board proceedings and labour court litigation.

She gives general HR advice and supports employers during entire "life cycle" of their employees, from drafting the employment contract to problems during the employment relationship through to termination of employment.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2025, Marei worked for a major German law firm.

Marei is a certified specialist for Labour and Employment law in Germany (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht)
