Melissa Hudecki

Melissa Hudecki is a corporate law clerk in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. She works primarily within the firm’s Business Law Group.

Melissa has experience assisting on transactions involving routine and complex corporate and tax reorganizations.

Melissa also has experience in general corporate law, including but not limited to, due diligence reviews of corporate records, incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, continuances, dissolutions, limited partnership and general partnership registrations, and extra-provincial and business name registrations.
