Nick Bridgman

Nick advises both landlords and tenants on all aspects of acquisitions and asset management, primarily within the logistics, retail and office sectors. Nick has experience in all elements of title investigation, as well as negotiating conditional agreements for lease (including with large-scale building works), leases (including on renewal) and related licences, concession agreements and option agreements. Nick has worked at the firm since 2011 and qualified into the team in 2013 – his clients include institutional landowners as well as national and international retailers.

• Acting for an international prestige car brand on the acquisition of a new flagship central-London showroom and the re-siting of its manufacturing plant to a brand-new 900,000 sq ft facility.
• Acting for the Rugby Football Union on the roll-out of its national artificial grass pitch project.

Outside Work

Nick plays and watches rugby and is a passionate musician. Along with his brother Rob, Nick runs the firm's choir, raising over £20,000 for the firm's various nominated charities – in 2014 the choir won the inaugural Legal Harmony competition in Southwark Cathedral. The choir has also performed in some of the UK's most prestigious venues, including Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral.
