Bio

Susanne is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice group of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office. She primarily advises national and international financial investors on the purchase and sale of real properties (by way of both asset and share deals). Susanne advices on all related legal aspects of commercial real estate law.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2024, Susanne worked for another leading international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

Expérience

Susanne's work (prior to joining Gowling WLG) includes advising:

Patron Capital Advisers and Sonar Real Estate on the acquisition and letting of the office building "Prisma" in Frankfurt am Main.
Montea NV on the purchase of a logistics centre in Hamburg (by way of a share acquisition).
A major German bank on the financing of the development of a data centre portfolio in the metropolitan area of Frankfurt am Main and Berlin.
