Toni Vodola

Toni Vodola is a senior paralegal in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office.

She provides assistance to lawyers in the business law group with respect to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholders meetings, private placements, exchange listings, and syndicated public financings for issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. She also assists lawyers on due diligence and minute book reviews.

Toni has 25 years' experience as a paralegal in the area of corporate and securities law. Toni is also a SEDAR and SEDI filing agent. She is former corporate secretary of NGEx Resources Inc. (TSX/NASDAQ OMX) and Fortress Minerals Corp., now Lundin Gold Inc. (TSX/NASDAQ OMX) and former Assistant Corporate Secretary of ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. (TSXV).
