Séminaire

Join Gowling WLG on March 28 for a cannabis workshop that will provide you with the information you need to take your Canadian cannabis company public, and to prepare for the upcoming era of legalization.

The first part of the workshop will offer an overview of how to go public in Canada with your cannabis assets. This will include a presentation from Richard Carleton, CEO of the Canada Securities Exchange (CSE), on its listing requirements, as well as an overview of the various structures for going public from Gowling WLG partner, Peter Simeon.

The second part of the workshop, Gowling WLG professionals will provide you with short, practical tips that are relevant to the era of legalization.

We hope you will join us for this very informative presentation.

*This program will count for up to 2.5 hours of substantive credits toward the mandatory CPD requirements of the Law Society of Ontario.
