The hour-long round-up delivered by Gowling WLG's Unified Patent Court (UPC) team takes a deep-dive into the activity which has been seen before the UPC.

We put the key trends, statistics and analysis under the spotlight, before following up with a series of smaller, fully interactive break-out sessions.

Each is hosted by our UPC specialists exploring the importance of protective letters, preliminary injunctions, actions to obtain evidence - and defences to these actions.

We'll also be looking at comparisons with UK and French provisions relating to these actions, enabling patent holders and potential defendants to help understand the impact in different jurisdictions.

We'd also like you to have your say on the interactive sessions ahead of time, so please do not hesitate to send us any questions or topics you would like us to discuss during the webinar.
