The Montreux Healthcare Fund acquires AJ Case Management and Medbank Healthcare Solutions

Gowling WLG has advised The Montreaux Healthcare Fund on the acquisition of Medbank Healthcare Solutions and AJ Case Management through its investee company Active Care Group. With both acquisitions completing within a week of each other.

AJ Case Management provides case management and community rehabilitation services to clients with a range of complex needs, in the West Midlands and throughout the UK. The purchase will further enhance the large case management component within the Active Care Group.

Medbank is a specialist provider of healthcare recruitment solutions, supplying nurses and healthcare staff to the NHS and private sector organisations across the West Midlands. The acquisition will enhance Active Care Group's staffing strategy, which serves the whole group.
