Corporate & Real Estate teams advise Odyssey Inns Ltd on purchase of Lion's UK based operations

A cross firm team has advised Odyssey Inns Ltd on its purchase of the UK operations of Lion, a leading beverages company headquartered in Australia. The UK operations comprise Lion's 'Fourpure' and 'Magic Rock' beer brands. The purchase also includes associated breweries and taprooms in London, Huddersfield and Holmfirth, and craft beer hospitality venue in Kings Cross, London.

The Odyssey team is led by Stephen Cox, an industry leader, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the world of hospitality and the UK pub sector.
