Gowling WLG advises Mobeus on the Management Buyout of Inbox Insight

A multi-disciplined team of experts from international law firm Gowling WLG's private equity team has advised UK SME investor Mobeus on its £17.7m investment in relation to the management buyout of B2B marketing company Inbox Insight.

Inbox Insight is a technology-focused provider of content syndication and lead generation services.
