Gowling WLG welcomes real estate partner, Nick Mumby

Gowling WLG is pleased to welcome real estate partner, Nick Mumby, to its commercial development and investment real estate team (CDI).

Nick brings with him years of experience specialising in commercial real estate work with a particular focus on complex development transactions. During his career, he has acted for clients including institutional investors, private real estate companies, real estate funds, offshore private trusts, banks, retailers and other occupiers.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Nick was a partner at Fladgate and, before that, worked at Slaughter and May and Shearman & Sterling. Nick is respected in the industry; he has been individually recommended by Legal 500 for his commercial real estate practice and was recently nominated in the Real Estate Team of the Year category of the Legal Business Awards for his work on a major residential-led development.
