We want to improve our service to you.

November 17, 2020 marked the launch of our client experience survey, which asks our clients questions about the service and value they receive from Gowling WLG. Answers to the survey questions will tell us what our clients value about our legal services, what we are doing well, what we could do better, and how client needs have changed/are changing as a result of COVID-19. Our aim is to deliver a client experience around the world that is relevant, consistent, distinctive and valuable — no matter where they are engaged with us.

If you received an email from me on November 16, you were chosen to be surveyed and on November 17 you would have received a customized link from Nisus Consulting Limited, a third-party research firm.  

Nisus Consulting Limited is a legitimate research organization commissioned to administer our survey.
