Annabelle Percy

Annabelle is a trainee solicitor in the Housing, Development and Regeneration team.

Prior to this, Annabelle spent two years as a paralegal in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity team, where she worked on a variety of client projects across numerous sectors, ranging from energy to healthcare.

Annabelle is a proactive member of the team who works to find client-focused solutions and develop long-lasting relationships.

Experience

  • Advising leading solar developer Island Green Power and its shareholders on the sale of a 50% stake in their business to Macquarie Asset Management and disposal of a 65 MW solar project based in Suffolk.
  • Advising Exagen Group Limited on a hybrid investment of up to £35 million from and acquisition by Octopus to fund the expansion of Exagen's utility scale solar and co-located battery storage facilities.
  • Advising the shareholders of land promoter Gladman Developments Limited on its £250 million sale to Barratt Developments.
  • Advising Nova Innovation Limited on a £6.4 million investment from the Scottish National Investment Bank to fund the manufacturing and distribution of their subsea tidal turbines, which provide clean and reliable energy.
